Matriculation & Graduation
Matriculation and Graduation shall be conducted twice a year, March and September for students whose admission or result has been ratified by the Governing Council or Senate.
At St Louis African University
The conduct of matriculation and graduation shall be held with the presence of the following:
- President/Founder
- Vice Chancellor
- Pro-Chancellor
- Registrar
- Bursar
- Librarian
- Dean of all Faculties
- Member or the Board of Trustees
- Chief security officer
- The Visitor
During the ceremony, the Visitor who is the President and Founder of the school shall declare the ceremony open.

Ceremonial dresses and colour shall be as follows:
- The Vice-Chancellor – Red
- The Deputy-Vice Chancellor- same
- The Registrar – Green
- The Liberian – Blue
- The Visitor – Blue over Red
- The Deans – Black
